GiRaffle for Charities

1. Eligibility

• The Program is open to registered charities and nonprofit organizations.
• You must be an authorized representative of the organization and be able to provide official documentation confirming your affiliation and the charity’s registration status.
• We reserve the right to reject any application that does not meet verification requirements.

2. Application & Approval

• All charity giveaway proposals are subject to review and approval by our team.
• Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Program.
• We may request additional information before a final decision is made.

3. Giveaway Management

• Once approved, GiRaffle Inc. will create, promote, and manage the giveaway on your behalf.
• You are responsible for providing details of the prize item you wish to offer.
• The giveaway will run until either a funding goal or time limit is reached, as agreed upon prior to launch.

4. Fund Distribution

• After the giveaway concludes, the total amount raised will be calculated.
• From the total:
  • The cost of the giveaway item will be subtracted.
  • GiRaffle Inc. will retain a 20% service fee from the remaining balance.
  • The remaining 80% of net funds will be transferred to the approved charity.

5. Transparency & Integrity

• You agree to provide valid banking or payment details for fund disbursement.
• Charities may be listed on our site as official participants in the Program.

6. Modifications & Cancellations

• We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any charity giveaway at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving fraud, misrepresentation, or non-compliance with these terms.
• In such cases, raised funds may be returned to participants at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

• All funds raised are considered donations toward the cause via an incentivized giveaway and are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

• GiRaffle Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this Program.
